Rates include all taxes and are subject to change without notice.

Any stays of less than a week also incur a cleaning charge of £50. Rentals in excess of a week include the cleaning charge, additional cleans can be requested

The Booking Process
Contact us either by email or telephone and tell us the dates you will be travelling so we can check availability. If you can be flexible in your dates, tell us the earliest date you can go and the latest date you can return. We will then advise availability of the villa and the rates for rental.

Rental of the condo is quoted as a price per week and is usually quoted in £'s, for US $'s you can use the currency converter located below the rental rates. The rate is for the property and not per person. Prices are inclusive of local taxes.

Making a Booking
To make a booking, you are required to complete the Booking Forms that are located at the bottom of this page. Send them along with a deposit (amount is stated on the booking forms) to us in the UK. (Payment can be made into our US dollar account, contact us for details). Upon receipt of this, we will send you a formal booking confirmation letter that forms the agreement between you and ourselves

If you have any difficulties, or don’t have access to email, just telephone on 0151 475 0941 and leave your name and address, we will mail booking forms to you.

One of your concerns may be how safe your money is when you are sending it to someone you have never met. Rest assured, as property owners we are very trustworthy people and are very approachable. Remember the trust here is a two-way thing as we are letting someone we have never met stay in our dream Florida home! This property is our pride and joy.

Payment Of The Balance
The balance of the payment for the rental is usually payable 8 weeks before departure, unless the booking is within the 8 weeks before departure then the full rental rate will be required. A security deposit of £200/ $300 will be required to cover any breakages / damages / additional cleaning that may occur during your stay. This will be returned if it is not required.
Upon receipt of the balance, we will send you full details of how to find the condo, how to obtain the keys and any other important information you will require.

That's it really. The next step is to go on your vacation and really enjoy the freedom staying in a privately owned property affords you. Once you've stayed in one, you will be hooked and never want to return to a cramped hotel room again!
